The Lincoln Civic Orchestra play a varied repertoire for their Fall concert themed, “Old. New. Borrowed. Blue.” They take the show downtown on November 18 to perform as part of the annual Nebraska Music Education Association Conference.
We the People: NWU Symphonic Band and Jazz Band Concert

The NWU Symphonic Band performs works with roots in American, South American, and British folk music. The Jazz Band plays recognizable standards along with other music from the American vernacular.

Nebraska Wesleyan’s choirs shine the light of the season in NWU’s annual celebration of Christmas with Wesleyan. Singers from Columbus High School will join in an illuminating and resplendent holiday concert. Come to bask in the glow of the music and message of the Christmas season. The concerts are free, though donations will be collected to benefit a local non-profit.
